    Ya I agree with Almantas, already that your company is seasonal is a rough start. Look into something that can be profitable all year around not just certain seasons.     I get anywhere between 6-9 hours although 6 hours is said to be enough. before you start sleeping less, try planning your day the night before by writing everything down in a notebook this way you can manage your time better, if you find this is still not enough look to reduce your sleep hours.
