Hey man, great to see your progress thread here. Just turned 18 this month, allowing me to finally start a legal entity. I am wondering though why you don't/didn't see an opportunity in the translation of YouTubers' videos.
Since Creators such as Mr Beast and others have exponentially raised the bar for putting efforts into the making of content, it is becoming more attractive to have subtitles (or even dubs) with the vids you upload as a Creator.
Subtitles could serve as a great asset for growing organically in the SERP of YouTube + it boosts engagement (average view duration). Whilst it is one of the least favourite parts of video production on YouTube, why not start an outsourcing service business? Human resources would be needed, but for the rest, it's technically doable.
