The chapter in TMF regarding "Money Seedlings" opens the idea of Allocating money to different areas, but the book is predominantly Entrepreneurship based, versus Investor-mindset. Correct me if mistaken, MJ.
Personally, I like not working for the money, using other people's money to get me rolling.
Keep it tied up with investments; be it business, real estate, stocks,bonds,liens , Precious metals.
As most of us may have realized, Money must keep moving for there to be progress. Stagnant money is depleted faster than Hugh Hefners viagra bottle

So that begs the question, "What investment strategies do you employ to ensure a constant stream of passive income to you?"
Personally, I believe leverage is always the key, and Real Estate would be my main go-to in that. I'm shifting over to that, should be closing out a deal or two in the upcoming months.
Once you make the first couple mill, you become a mini-Shark and go around investing in businesses that have potential upside.
