Hey Fastlane. I am launching my first ever company and marketing campaign.
It's an outdoors service company that will provide a full maintenance package all year round on a weekly basis. It will consist of full maintenance lawn care (mowing, hedging, fertilising, aerating, etc.) , garden bed maintenance, pressure washing, car washing, window washing, litter pick up, etc. All of these things will be done throughout the year and each week. It is basically a set and forget package for your outdoors if you will.
My marketing campaign will target a whopping 100,000 residential homes with a higher household average income of 120K+. The marketing will be done in multi step fashion so: Each home will be hit with 3 door hangers in a course of 6 weeks. Every 2 weeks, one door hanger drop is committed. Potential customers will go to the site and leave their information. We will then call them back right away with pricing/information.
To handle the response and expected fast growth, I am hiring a few telemarketers who are willing to be paid on commission for every sale that they close. To handle the actual work, I am either contracting the work out to another reputable company that I can trust (with legal terms signed) OR a temp worker agency. Worst comes to worst, I'll contact a recruitment agency that is very reasonably cheap with a 85% success rate of providing quality workers.
Customers will also be provided a double your money back guarantee (for their previous monthly payment) to minimise risk and create trust. They will also be provided a special log in account in which they can access cash transactions, schedule for the work we provide, instant customer chat support, etc.
Please provide me your constructive criticism with suggestions/solutions to the problems that you see if any. NOTE: I am beginning this marketing campaign next week as the door hangers have already arrived so let me know if you have anything to say for me to prevent/anticipate problems to do with anything.
