Hey all,
So, we just hired our first full time employee. We have some long term projects (6 month goals) that the employee is very clear on. I'm starting to realize that we need a better method for goal setting, setting agendas, tasks etc on the day to daily and weekly basis though.
They aren't as skilled in the planning aspect of things. I'm the vision setter though so it's my job as a leader to help provide them direction and focus. Can anybody recommend a good book or method for helping organize a small team and set goals, systems, and tracking etc.
I'm decent at organizing myself but feeling under prepared to organize several people and move everybody in the right direction.
