Thread due for update.
— Lazer-focused on ONE niche. Attempts to branch out to other verticals just haven't borne fruit. Focusing on what we're really good at & that's it.
— I've managed to negotiate a healthy monthly base rate + finders fee commission with two of my most active clients. Will probably scale this to additional clients since I have a track record now.
— Our market has cooled off. No new activity on deals really. I don't have any control over when a BAET deal closes, so at least the base will help while we weather the market storm.
— Re-investing into new technologies that'll help boost sending volume. I'm still around 5k emails sends per month, and can likely get this to 5k email sends PER WEEK with new tech I'm testing. This really is a numbers game, and if you're not sending enough email you're gonna be hung out to dry.

I'll add that sometimes this is a delicate dance.
Sometimes you think doing things different = better results, when really it = worse results. Always improve what's already working very well, NEVER fall in love with new ideas or your performance will likely suffer. The moment you realize things slipping, immediately switch back and assess why it slipped and/or, always test methods in parallel. Then, never try it again for a long time!
I'll have more to write on this later, for now things are on the upswing.
