Hi everyone!

I would like to start my own business in the next 3-5 years so right now I am trying to plan out and to start working myself towards that goal.

A question I have is if I want to start this business, should I continue renting an apartment to live in or would it be more beneficial to purchase a house while I still have my current job?

Any thoughts or experiences would be helpful. Thank you!!
