Hey Everybody,
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to calculate passivity percentage for a business?
I'm currently running my own consulting business and am working hard on trying to cut the amount of direct time that this business takes from me. If I can replace myself with a human resource system then I'll keep it as a revenue stream, but if not, I at least hope to cut my direct time way down to focus on true fastlane opportunities and then drop the consulting altogether.
I need to set some concrete passivity goals, but am not sure the best way to calculate. Is it as simple as Number of Hours billed vs. the number of hours I worked? Or should it be based on net profits vs. my direct time somehow?
I want an accurate picture of how much (or little) time I put in and how much results from that.
