This week I finally shipped what I’ve been piecing together for weeks:
✅ A full pipeline: from stealth scraper → GPT enricher → PDF brief → email output
✅ Integrated a terminal emulator (Alacritty), nerd fonts, and started making CLI my default
✅ Demo video recorded
✅ Started testing my outbound (ADA compliance officers + LinkedIn Premium Trial)
First Linkedin Post which included a video demo of working pipeline, which got me some more credibility for my outreach and more
Built a landing page for emails and beta testing.
I was talking to analysts and trying to see if they wanted what I could do but seems its not as big of a pain for them and existing sources are enough since they don't hinge on staying up to date or notified of changes like people in industry are. Now I'm looking at supply chain managers of mid to large size companies because they already pay people a lot for solutions that are too general or expensive than what I can offer. But it is intimidating going after bigger fish than a smaller company.
Next week:
- Outreach flywheel starts (email CRM + LinkedIn)
- Finalize a public post + attach demo
- Start running cron for real-time crawlers
- Setup minimal landing/interest form to capture interest
- Push toward first dollar via insight report or PDF compliance summaries
