Create a newsletter with Amazon Ses / MailCheat(Chimp)

Hello,
I have created my blog with pure code (no wordpress) and the interface for get the name + email of the user.
My goal is to find a solution for send mail / newsletter.
Do I need to save the mail adress + name on my database ? Or is it possible to send this data directly to amazon ses or MailCheat(Chimp) ?
I'm a bit lost ahah.
Ideally, I will love to use only code (no wordpress) but if it's possible to use wordpress just for this task I'm ok
Anyone of you can give me some tips ?

MailCheat(Chimp) or similar email marketing services will provide you a form that you can use on your website to capture emails for your mailing list. Amazon SES/Mailgun/etc will not becuase they are more of an email transactional service (They are designed only to send emails, not help you with the marketing side). There are also plugins for Wordpress that can help you integrate with MailCheat(Chimp)/ConstantContact/etc. Hope this helps!
