Hmmm, so I stumbled across something today and after doing a few searches I'm not seeing that its been discussed here before. There is an investment fund out there which earns money by crowdfunding high revenue Amazon FBA businesses to buy new and untried inventory. They are advertising 15%+ annualized returns, with some campaigns generating as much as 22.69% APY. As I understand it, you're betting that the business owner's wisdom will payoff, the product will sell, and you'll make a good ROI. I'm not gonna advertise the fund, but it's easy enough to find. I took some stills from their page to demonstrate. Does anyone have experience with this model or any good criticisms?

This is interesting to me. Maybe I could crowdfund my future new product orders.
