This article is not for everyone. There are many winners here and many who are already walking the path to victory.
But this is for people like the past me those who->
• Doubt themselves, even while pushing forward.
• Seek validation from others instead of trusting their own effort.
• Have negative beliefs about sales and winning.
• Work hard yet still feel like it’s not enough.
I’m going to stop you right here and change your life with one sentence I learned from a sales course:
“As long as you are putting in effort and making the right decisions, you gain the right to win.”
I’m not talking about results,I’m talking about the right to win.
Results in the short term can be random, full of variance, and luck-based. But over time, luck evens out according to the Law of Large Numbers (Math).
So as long as you are putting in effort and making correct decisions consistently, you have the right to WIN.
And if you’re in sales? As long as you put in effort and care about your sales process, you earn the right to ask for the customer’s money.
“Keep making the right decisions and putting in the effort.”
