If you have saw my previous threads, i'm a property developer from the UK. I finally got all my properties sold. The market isn't great at the moment so i decided to invest my money in something else.
I now own a stable yard for horses. Currently making over £1000 per week in rent plus i supply the feed and bedding. Costs are insurance, electricity, fuel etc.
It is on a DIY basis so i basically spend about half an hour 4 or 5 mornings per week managing it.
I was wondering if anyone else knows any other ways to increase revenue? What else can i charge for?
I'm not really interested in offering lessons etc as that would require having my own horses.
I also have some heavy plant equipment including a excavator, tractor and dump trailer. I have done some work in the past for neighbours and was thinking of pushing it more and starting another business with that. I have no idea where to begin though. There is other larger companies in the area and not sure how to compete or create a USP.
Any help would be really appreciated.
