Hey, everyone!
One of the greatest fear of many entrepreneurs I know is a fear of stagnation. You know, that feeling when you got to some base and fear that it is the end, that this 3-4-5-figuremonthly income is all the value you can create?
In the recent 2-3 months I’ve made a leap in my entrepreneurial journey. From roughly $2000 a month I went to $8000-$10000 which end up on my account. For the first time in years I am net positive, my bank account grows and debt body diminishes. That is euphoric.
But the problem is that I am what I said - an entrepreneur. Not a businessman yet. Meaning, I do most of the real work myself. I have support people around me which I am learning to lead and pay to, but there is no system in place to really expand my business beyond my two hands with a hammer and a screwdriver right now.
What lies before me is a scary and unknown territory. In order to move forward I need to learn marketing, I need to learn to hire well-payed professionals, I need to learn logistics and negotiations. I need to get there, or I will stagnate. And to add to the pain - the niche in front if me is screaming of need and my unique connections and skills allow me to cut a huge chunk.
So what to do? Stagnate for a little, get my life together? Or go out tgere and learn marketing and hiring? Or get focussed on work and buy competences I lack? And if so - how to learn to buy competences?
I feel good about my wallet, but I fear of stagnation…
