I have a question for those that use an evergreen email auto responder to drive sales. What do you do when your offer seems to stop converting?
For 15 months I had this campaign that was doing well. It was like clockwork…leads would sign up for list…and about 3-6% would buy the product after getting the email campaign.
All of a sudden it's just slowed the heck down. Been like this for 5 months now. We still have the same amount of new leads every month, the same offers but now it just seems people aren't responding.
Traffic sources are the same and nothing is broken in the funnel. I thought it may have been seasonal but we did well during the same period the year before. We've even improved the site speed.
I'm baffled at this point. Do you change the offer and start over? Maybe the market has advanced some how? I'm not sure how this would be because it's a timeless product.
Anyway, would love any tips or thoughts from those who have some good experience with this type of thing?
