I'm a Computer Programmer and I've been presented with a Business Opportunity to develop a Community Website and I get 30% equity. I just want to know what all questions do I need to consider/ask the Person who is offering me this opportunity. I have the following questions in my mind, but what all questions do I need to consider before I make the leap
What kind of Company will we be forming? eg. Private, LLC etc. How do we buy back our VC equity? Who takes care of cash flow? What happens if we fail?
Can you suggest what all other questions that I need to ask my business partner, before I officially sign the papers. What all scenarios do I need to consider?
