I'm still in the process of defining my business model. I've been wondering: would it be better to sell one service to multiple industries OR multiples services to one industry.

In the first model:
- pro: broader target and more opportunity
- con: less expertise in the industries

In the second model:
- pro: expertise in the industry > customization > overall better results?
- con: possible market saturation > limited opportunity

I'm a bit lost...
