During that time I was dizzy from the vast amount of imformation about how to start being the the fastlane. The problem was that I just didn't know where to start. From renting out apartments to internet marketing and even creating a new invention or leasing storage facilities. I just got lost in all the information.
Well as of now, I know that I am going to pursue internet marketing and in further detail pursue online job searching. During this economy, I feel that having a free online job searching tool would be very helpful to people who have just been laid off or people in high school or college that are just looking for a summer job (like me). Not only will it be helpfull during this economic crises, but I feel that this tool would have a long shelf life if you will.
I have googled and looked at several free job searching sites, but I feel that the ones I have come across are mediocre at best and that I can surpass them if I stick to my plan. All I am saying here is that I am not competing against some head hancho like Monster.com first since they are way ahead of the game and second since they are a paid site and not a free one. In fact, Monster.com would actually like to advertise on my site since we would have people looking for the same thing (jobs or job posting)
As of May 1st I bought a domain name as well as a job script. The site is called countlessjobs.com Right now, I have not done much at all with it because I have been busy and to be honest I have not had that much motivation, but that will change starting today.
I will be updating this thread so you can see the progress I am making and to further motivate me to get this thing going. I am pretty young (20 on May 20th), but I still think I have the skills and the mindset to get this thing going.
I have been pursuing internet marketing for the past three years and every single time I have started out full speed ahead, but then after a month or so came I came to a slow halt. This will not be one of them.
My parents, who both went to college, are like any other person. The people that say if you don't go to college then you will not be successful. It really gets me going when I just imagine myself making more money than them in a year or so. Just telling them that the famous site for free job searching was all along run by me and showing them the checks that I have been getting.
I know this might be a stretch for some, but this is what gets me going and as an entreprenuer, you do whatever it is that keeps you motivated as having a strong desire and commentment to your business to me, is the most important part.
So to be honest, I really don't know what the point of this post was. I guess it was to inform my fellows at fastlane what I am doing and what I am planning on doing as well as to keep me motivated.
