I built a private practice from the ground up and have served hundreds of clients through cash-pay, mental healthcare. But I’ve reached the point where continuing to scale 1:1 appointments means scaling my burnout. I want a bigger life—financially and energetically.

I built a private practice from the ground up and have served hundreds of clients through cash-pay, mental healthcare. But I’ve reached the point where continuing to scale 1:1 appointments means scaling my burnout. I want a bigger life—financially and energetically.
Here’s where I am now:
- I offer mental health expertise, med management, strategic consultation, and care coordination, but have been experiencing BURNOUT bad
- I’ve built a trusted reputation in Seattle’s wellness space (including partnerships with therapists, clinics, and fertility centers)
- I’m exploring creating concierge-level services for high-net-worth households: private wellness advising, mental health strategy, med literacy, executive functioning support, and family care coordination
Here’s what I’m trying to figure out:
- How can I monetize my mental health expertise to scale? I know I’m more valuable than my hourly rate. I’m looking at retainers, hiring other providers, and ultra-premium concierge packages—but I’m open to ideas.
- Who pays top dollar for private emotional regulation and life navigation? Athletes? Founders? Elite fertility clients? I know these people exist, and that I’d be a perfect, trusted medical advisor for them, but breaking into their world feels… gated.
- Has anyone here successfully built a concierge business serving UHNW clients—health-related or not? I’d love to learn what worked, what didn’t, and how you made the leap from trading hours to building leverage.
- Should I find a way to scale via digital products/teams/automation? My time and energy are limited. I need something that scales, not drains me further.
