I found a tool on producthunt that I think could help many here launching websites and needing feedback.
It's called http://peek.usertesting.com
You get a random person from the internet for 5 free minutes to review your website. Their actions are recorded and so is their voice. Testers are encouraged to talk their minds out loud and you can make specific tasks for them to accomplish, thus seeing how easy it is to navigate your website. If you want a more detailed review, where you can select the demographic, then it is a paid service.
