Hello,
Recently I hit a "aw-ha" moment and contact several other businesses and franchises and found out that this problem is an issue and they are willing to pay for the plugin or webservice to solve the issue.
Then I went out into the market searching for hours for the solution and I literally can't find a off the shelf program to solve this problem.
I did reach out to my current provider as they have the back systems in place and just have to add a part. They will charge $1,200. Problem: Last time i went to them for this idea. They took it, charged me to make it, and went and sold it and make money....don't blame them, it's business. However, this one I want to get the benefits to create another passive stream.
So then I thought....I'll make it and sale it!! So now I'm learning a lot about web programs, MYSQL, and so on. Then I came across www.freelancer.com where people can help me make the program.
So have you heard of them? what are your thoughts? Do I keep the rights of the program they made?
Do I need to patent a software idea? what are pros/cons/costs?
How do I interview to find the right people to help me make this and monitor it from an IT perspective?
Any other thoughts suggestions would be helpful on how to get the IT part put together this adventure.
