I'm just curious. We had a hiccup with our distributor and the wife isnt understanding that Chinese companies wont bend over backwards to retain you as a customer.......not like US companies will. And I dont mean anything ridiculous. We ordered 5 samples of a particular product and they turned out to be duds. This was after we ordered a bunch of other product.....which we are happy with. They offered to replace the defective parts, but we wanted a refund because we dont want to sell shit to our customers.

Just want to know if anyone has any insight into this. Thanks.
