I read the Millionaire FastLane a couple months back when I was working on a project.
it was good to know I was creating more than I was consuming.
The project was an online course on how to import & manufacture products from China using sites like Alibaba.
I had a good experience when I had a product manufactured. A couple people in business
forums asked me to explain the process.
I asked you Would you guys like to learn how to import from China using Alibaba?
The response was crazy and I got close to 1,200 people to sign up to get on the wait list.
I pre-sold about 1k of the course.
I created the course and launched it. (I'm not posting the link now because I don't want
it to come off as promotion, I really want some feedback and advice from you guys)
Ebook, Interviews Training Videos, Spreadsheets, Price Calculators, How to build a website
training,a cool blog, and more. A complete package. I even got someone who has an
import company to create a lot of content for the site and do the trainings.
I am a product launcher by practice so it was pretty easy. (I worked for a publishing
company for 1 year and a half)
We had close to 30% of the people who signed up purchased the course.
My partner and I are now running facebook ads to it. Have a good email training funnel
to educate people and then sell them on the product.
So it does 1-2 sales a day. More sales on the weekends. Price point is 197 on the front end
and 97 if you get the sales page link from the email funnel.
Thinking like a Fastlaner, I figured I would give other people commission for
promoting it. Distribution.
So I put it on Clickbank an affiliate/jv network. I did this 3 days ago and already
have one affiliate sale.
My Question: How do I scale this. I really want to scale it big. Not get a couple extra
customers one time. But have 50 new customers a week. Have 20 people promoting it on
a consistent basis. I would really love your thoughts and advice.
I have some ideas I am trying but want to make sure i'm focusing my energies in the right
area. I'll be creating another course soon.
