Hi Everyone,
I've been making money online since 2003. I have had quite a roller coaster along the way. I started out in e-commerce and did really well by most standards. Within 3 years I was grossing over $1,000,000 in sales. I sold that business but didn't make a lot of money because I was upside down in it. Then the business deal from selling it started going bad and lawyers got involved.
It was pretty depressing. I had a few successful online stores through 2008 but then sold off all my remaining e-com assets in the face of SEO issues and Amazon. I just didn't want to push on. I would love to start selling on Amazon.
Along the way I made good money in the early days of adsense and did well with affiliate marketing.
I have worked for and along side a few of the gurus out there. I have built and been the project manager for a successful membership site that does around $45k a month without fail for over 3 years now in the music instruction niche.
I am that jack of all trades. Currently I just went back to working as a W2 to get some stability and re-calibrate. I do adwords management for some decent sized accounts and the SEO analysis and planning during the day at my job.
My biggest challenge right now is figuring out what to do again. I need to stop reading and analyzing and start building again. My paralysis comes from that age old wanting someone to hand me a tried and true system that can't fail. I am leaning towards affiliate marketing through list building in niches and getting traffic through FB. So many options.
I have read a couple of threads on here that are very detailed about what people are doing to make money right now. You people are awesome and inspiring! Thank you. Looking forward to getting to know you all better and meeting up with some of you in time.
