How do I distribute my lead magnet?

So my question might have a double meaning here. Anyways I've created the lead magnet, what I'm looking for now is a way to distribute it. What is the best service to use where they can just type in their e-mail and get their download link? So I'm basically just looking for a link I can put up to social media or wherever, and they type in their e-mail to recieve the lead magnet!

I would create a simple opt-in page. Depending on your future scaling plans you can go for a more "serious" platform like WordPress or ClickFunnels, or you can pick an email marketing software such as MailCheat(Chimp), build an opt-in page there, and use MailCheat(Chimp) email marketing features to send an instant download link.

I'm not sure where that came from. Many of my clients use it and it works just fine. However, in the long term, I'd rather go for ClickFunnels 2.0 (it costs more but is a powerhouse with everything you could ever need).
