Hi guys,

So the last 5 months I have been in a downfall, I didnt have any wins, I felt I wasnt performing at work. And I got in this endless negative loop which made me paranoia. I think I already hit the bottom and am starting to work myself up again.

But this feeling I faced the last 5 months really killed my motivation and end up not doing any progression at anything whatsoever. I just went looking for different jobs, which became my thing. But does anybody have any tips to prevent this from happening? I want to prepare myself as I never want to feel like this ever again.
