I'm to unfocused. I feel like I'm sedated, even if I have a working routine and a healthy lifestyle. I feel like I don't find my words, my questions are so vague and I forgot the main thing about the subject in a conversation. What thinking really means? School doesn't thought me this essential skill... on the contrary...
You mean how to articulate your idea clearly?

I'm to unfocused.

Stay off social media.
Stop scrolling and swiping.
Get off your damn smartphone.

You can't focus when your brain is addicted to minute-by-minute, hour-by-hour dopamine hits.

Start there are you will see some improvement.

Once you get off technology, go do one of the following:
  • Go on a walk
  • Sit outside listening to nature
  • Go to the library and read something
  • Find somewhere that is quiet and remain in the silence for 10-20 minutes
  • Write in a journal
  • Pray

Write more often and you'll get better at writing which will help your thinking. I try to write as little as possible while still getting the point across.
