OK, old man brain fart time ... too many plastics!

I found the official microplastics report -- for some reason, I did not spot the "Download Report" button.

But here it is, attached and fully unredacted.

I scored really bad and it is concerning. I have more plastic in my blood than 97% of the population.

While the jury is out on how accurate, or impactful to health this is, it doesn't make me happy.

It also looks like my issue is more environmental (I live in a mountain pocket that tends to collect pollution) than lifestyle (plastic bottles, etc.)

Anyhow, if you order this test, you can expect the type of results below.

Can I do anything actionable?

Not entirely sure since it seems my plastic problem feels more like the air in my area, than the products in my home.

My first thought is that it could be age related. Depending on Brian Johnson’s audience demographic, maybe most of the testers are way younger. We don’t know what number is good or bad, just how you compare with others.

Also if microplastics are so prevalent, how are 26% of the people at 0-9 pieces?
