1. Revenue Champ: This person would be responsible for finding ways to increase revenue and leading the team to achieve their revenue goals.

2. Lead Magnets Champ: This person would be responsible for building lead magnets that are attractive, resourceful, timely, and generate relevant prospects who not only download the material but also share it with their peers and community.

3. Social & Community Champ: This person would be responsible for building an end-to-end social strategy, including employee evangelism, founder-led branding, podcasts, events, partnerships, branding campaigns, community initiatives, and increasing the brand's share of search.

4. Paid Revenue Champ: This person would be responsible for all paid budgets and ROI expectations, including programmatic media buying, ads, influencer marketing, PR, and any other paid advertising responsibilities.

5. Customer Experience Champ: This person would be obsessed with understanding what the customers do once they start using the platform, whether free or paid, and how to help them achieve their goals. They would also focus on encouraging customers to leverage the product capabilities to the fullest and increase customer happiness scores month on month.

6. Evangelists: This could be one person to start with, but they would bring in industry experts and key spokespersons to generate more sales or increase brand searches. They would fuel them to represent the brand both online and offline and provide budgets for them to represent the brand in relevant media houses.

7. Tech/Ops/Automation Champ: This person would understand the latest technologies and help increase website speed. They would collaborate with the customer experience person to scale up these experiences to lots of users, understand the tools in and out, and constantly update the stack to increase key customer touchpoints and satisfaction.

It is important to note that this is just a suggestion, and the structure may vary depending on the business.

Each person in the team would be equipped to build their team accordingly and grow.
