It's nothing new to most of us here, but it's a great post nonetheless, so I thought it might be good to give it a plug. JLM is a great poster/commenter who I became familiar with via Fred Wilson's blog (another great read: avc.com).
The Texas tax thing is interesting too. Any thoughts from the Scottsdale/Phoenix people on the local tax and business environment?
