Sure. Depends of what you mean with the "world go 'round"? But if you run a business for example, I'm pretty sure you may want to have all types of people and personality traits in your business. For the business to be successful.
Even though I've thought about this before, a few months ago, and then came to the conclusion that I only wanted people with similar personality traits as me. If I had to hire one day. I even thought about doing personality tests to get the "right people". But that was a few months ago. The only reason I thought so then. Is because I'm much more comfortable with people that are more like me. I'm not much for the unkown and exploring new things. I like to stay in my comfort zone, probably more than most people. I guess this is a bad trait to have if you want to be really successful.
Something I have to try to overcome. Being more open minded about other people and their personalities. To take other people for what they are. And not just calling them "idiots" or something like that, if they don't think and act like me.
