Landing page popups on customer exits?

Hi was wondering if anyone knows any tools out there which can ask customer questions before they exit?

So when a customer doesn't buy on exit, a popup or survey appears which asks them a quick question. E.g. why they didn't buy, etc.

Any ideas?
