First off, since my expected flow of funds is projected to be substantial due to my multiple marketing campaigns and direct marketing strategies, I REALLY want to form an LLC prior to launch for many obvious reasons. Since almost all of the work involved(the services I am offering) will be outsourced, my work is limited to creating the site itself and implementing my own ideas.

- Should I prolong the launch date until I create the LLC? Since the service I will offer could "potentially" cause harm to a business on SERPs, I feel litigation is very possible in this service industry, especially if a website is penalized by SE's by my missteps.
- I am a complete outsourcing newbie, so I know for at least for the first few months I am going to be keeping a very, very close eye on my employee's work, up to the point where I can train and hire a project manager. Both of these will require me to quit my current full time job.
