Hey guys, I've launched a Digital Marketing Agency and already have 5 companies (via my network) that want me to provide them services.
For all of them, I'm creating free 2-step sales funnel websites and then provide free marketing training content (Via email) to their Affiliate Marketers that promote their companies. I do this to get their affiliate marketers to use my referral link for a Sales Funnel software (I get 60% commission recurring).
But 1 of my clients wants me to create him a "Webinar Script" + Webinar Page + 3 Sales Emails + 2-Step Sales Funnel + Paid Ad Management (I will outsource this to a Partner Agency & take a commission)
It seems most of my work would be in doing Copywriting based on the above services I provide him.
1) How much should I charge for the above services as a fairly new person in the owning-my-own agency world?
2) Is there a specific service structure or company structure that I should follow as a Digital Marketing Agency?
3) How much should I charge for a creating a Webinar? (Aside from doing the actual voice over work)
I'm experienced in Digital Marketing, but I am new to owning my own agency.
