Does anyone have information on how easy/hard it is to sell for example a new drink?

I want to produce out of home with only natural products. Do I NEED to get it examined by expensive institutes and such?

Any idea which country would be easiest to sell in?

Is it legally easier for me to sell the product in non-liquid form?

All knowledge is useful.
