Presently I have been working as the head of operations for a delivery company called Scottsdale Zoom http://www.scottsdalezoom.com/
Long story short we pick up and deliver just about anything and everything from any store restaurant house or wherever else. Our issue right now is we need a centralized app to receive and respond to txts from the customer from a centralized number that is accessible by any of our employees from any of there phones anywhere in the field.
The other features we need filled are being able to communicate internally on an individual or group basis between all the employees as well.
Lastly it would be awesome if it could track where our drivers were at all times as well.
We are not asking for you to research for us we are looking too we have looked at:

And we are still looking just any suggestions would help and are greatly appreciated 😀, as we are at a point where without this software our company growth is being hindered.
