I'm currently at the stage where I'm looking to take my business to the next level. I handle all the computer based things and am looking to hire a business development person to help me expand. I'm looking for someone to manage all the non-technical sides of the job. Now I'm not too sure what to look for but some things I had in mind that this person should be able to do is handle customers, sales, marketing, grants, and basically someone who enjoys the business side and wants to help a company grow and understands the vision of the company. My main concern is the type of person I need for this position. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
