So I live in an apartment building that comes with amenities
such as a gym, clubhouse, pool and hot tub that are all
on the same floor and located not that far from each other.
I use most of these everyday and noticed once the president
of the building put a new grill in, how fast it's popularity grew.
Well I was sitting here thinking of ways to make money and start
a small business without even leaving home. Ha. It hit me.
That is when I invented the Sole Cafe, a snack stand that would also
serve breakfast and lunch and operate 9am to 6pm inside the apartment
building. Now I am faced with ways of making a business offer to the President of the building on how my ideas and staffing would make a considerable business inside the building.
Questions that concern me:
Legal rights I need to go over?
Paperwork to keep me as the CEO and Owner of the Sole Cafe
Ways I can work out a deal without paying a monthly rent,
maybe a percentage OR a locked in monthly payment VS a %
I have great ideas, already wrote out a business plan including
expansion and DVD sales in the future. I can see it now, but first
I need to know is what I should do and how to go about this safely.
