Hey guys, I thought I'd jump on the boat and start my own progress thread. Hopefully this will motivate myself, and others who read this, as it's the first time I've every tried a venture of this magnitude.

BUSINESS PLAN CONSUCOM
1.)What is CONSUCOM?
Consucom is an advertising agency, that accompanies companies in their search for effective, cheap and innovating advertising.
What differentiates us from the rest?
With a background in the nightlife, we know exactly how hard it is to hype your product our service with a small budget. Our service is completely free, we offer our clients the ability to discover a wide range of publicity channels and refreshing ideas, without charging a dime to them. Our service is free, and profiting, because of our existing relations with the media. The biggest difference between us and our competitors is mainly that we attract the client with a different approach. We are currently building an exclusive salesteam of only the best.
- How big is our market?
74.374 companies are born each year in Belgium. We try to focus on new companies, as we can re-brand them easily, and they tend to have bigger initial advertising budgets.
- How fast is the market growing?
Printed media is losing terrain compared to radio and television. Last year 3.565.793.825 euro was spent on advertising, around 100 million euro more than 2010. Television is still the largest advertising industry, last year it had a revenue of 1.411 billion euro. The regional television lost a third this year, which we use in our advantage when discussing commissions. Radio did well too, even though they did not disclose precise numbers.
- Who are our competitors?
64 companies in Belgium, which clearly shows a lot of businesses do not have their advertising budgets managed by advertising agencies yet.
- 4.) Financial
Our profit lies with the television stations, newspapers, radiostations and other diverse media channels. We mostly work on commission/advertising budget. The average commission fee is 15 %. We have no big initial cost. Around 3,500 euro in branding to convey professionalism to our clients. Our salesmen work solely on commission. We pay them 6,5%/budget, which leaves us with a profit of 7,5% accredited by salesmen.
- 5.) Management
The CEO’s are Valon Kamberi and (name left out). With Kamberi as projectleader/creative developer and xxxx as salesmanager and HR manager. Both have their expertise.
- 6.) Strategy
Our longterm goal is to become the link between business and media, by adhering profitable offers, an excellent service and managing and an abundance of creativity.
3 month goal:
Develop relationships with each media canal, position ourselves as a serious player on the market. Hit 140,000 euro in sales before 2013.
6 month goal:
Develop an ingenious recruiting strategy, work with a team of 8 extraordinary salesmen. Hit 400k in sales.
9 month goal:
Set up the office space optimally, with a vision towards expanding in the future (providing design, websites, creative writing, inhouse productions, etc...) a team of 20 salesmen, 1,8 million euro in sales.
12 month goal:
A completely developed advertising agency with an automated sales and processing system. Not one dissatisfied client!
- 8.) Capital
3,500 euro capital. None more to be invested.
In a 6 year timespan, we would like to conquer 12 percent of the market, which results in (calculated by todays agreements and numbers) 9,6 million euro profit.
- 10.) Company value
We continuously value the company by adding up the advertising budgets we process each year, and multiplying that by 1,21.
