I have been working on a Mobile app and also on a Mobile game. So far it’s taking me too long to learn programming as I go. So I was thinking of making an investment to have someone program either one for me.

So what I am looking for is information. Such as Financial and Tech. Anything information and advice you think that could be useful just let me know.
