Ok, I started a business, repairing iPhones, and iTouches. So I was thinking, where to start. I have advertised on craiglist to see the potential and its alot better then what I expected. My inbox was getting full of customers, I got text, calls and everything. So I took my post down and decided thats what I'm going with. I said ok, where do I start. I work as a cook for a crappy diner and bring in about 230 a week. unfortunately I also have bills, so I have a small budget to work with, So I thought, first thing I need is tools. What better place to get tools than a flea market? I spent 20$ and bought virtually everything I needed, so far so good. Now I need parts for the devices, now this is where I'm getting messed up on. every week I have bills to pay and can only spend a small amount of $ for parts. I don't want to have someone come to me and say, "hey can you fix this?" then me say, "yes but you'll have to wait 2 weeks for the part to come" I don't want that kind of customer service, I know they want there device fix quick. How can I solve this?
