Hello everyone. My name is Damian. I'm going into the 5th year of my entrepreneur journey. A couple things about myself:
1. Cali kid
2. 2000 National Champion Football player for OU
3. I am part owner of an insurance agency valued at about 1.5Mil
4. My time and talent is still 75 to 80% of the results of my business and I'm looking to streamline and optimize processes.
I'm here to grow and learn. Prior to entrepreneurship I was a finance degree graduate who never used my degree. Instead I jumped into education and taught math and economics for 4yrs before becoming a Principal for 7 long, hard years. Needless to say, I'm thankful for my journey, but also excited about challenging myself and graduating from the slow lane to the fast lane.
My goal is to sell the company I currently am a part owner of in the next 12 to 18mos in the arena of 5mil and re-up on my own terms. It'll be a challenge, but I'm here to put myself to task.
