We are looking for ideas to explore that will allow us to utilize our current food processing facility to expand our offerings. We have the ability to batch fry, deep fry, air and oil roast as well as season and package. We have been doing this for 20 years with popcorn and kettle chips as a copacker but at now looking to expand our product offerings to meet market demands.

Any ideas would be welcome.

You've been doing it for 20 years, you should know way more about your customers than some random like me.

Just make whatever product offering your customers will like.

You do this by just thinking of new offerings (which is not very hard especially with 20 years of experience), and then testing it with a real life customers by giving samples or many other testing strategies that you can quickly research.

Then, you improve the product offering to taste better or have better macros or whatever your target audience wants.

Your going to have to create a system on how to develop new product offerings anyways so I wouldn't outsource it to random people on a forum that have very little details of your business or customers.

Thanks for your feedback. To be more clear, I am more interested in hearing from others who are in the same space or similar and who have an ear to the ground on upcoming trends. Others who may already have similar products who can suggest other synergies using the same processes.
