I healed my anxiety and OCD with ADHD, became a bookworm and it resulted in my inconsistency, bad work ethic, no money, no bitches and certainly no time, degree is not helping, now even though everything seems perfect mentally and happiness is here resting on my laps there is problems, an actual and neglected + ignored ones arising in my life and saying "knock knock motherf*cker" and now what needs to be done
Exercise daily, through mini habits, to gradually build the body of my dreams
Work on my business, start with an hour a day, soon it will build up to consistent passion
Read books mainly on business, spend more time alone, help myself first and say no to everything
Rules are simple but it takes time, it takes daily and consistent effort
I am back at zero, it was like that: first -1 with suicidal thoughts, and then 0 which is happiness, now flourshing would be +1 and it is starting only now
I woke up earlier than usual, and tried to deepwork for 90 minutes, but lasted only 80 with half of it procrastinating, then the second time, or session, just decided to hang out with my friends and talk things out, that's it, it seems so pathetic, but time will show, it is hard, but slowly it will build up like a habit, only two things matter: learning and building business, then exercising and that's all, cause everything else will solve itself
