I'm new on this forum and from Sweden, a country with approximately 9 million inhabitants with a creative entrepreneurial tradition (heard of IKEA, H&M or Volvo?). I've concluded it's time to focus on the Fastlane, and leverage the power of a connected world.
Currently I'm working in the IT sector with requirements and needs in a large organization. This is fun and challenging but I'm still thinking back on various web projects and initiatives I've had during the years. I've among other things had a popular web site and was into poker affiliate programs back in 2004 (rather successful) but I never focused or took the initiative to fully leverage and scale it up to a profiled business which in hindsight could have been extremely profitable.
Right now I'm looking into the state of affiliate program models and the software as a service market. The intention is to match some of my ideas and identified needs (more work to be done here, but these are extremely important, especially validated needs). Within the next weeks I'd like to have a plan on how to really get things started.
I'm looking forward to start my journey and am really excited to be a part of this forum!
