I have been reading through Reddit communities about issues, pains, and questions people have when it comes to the removal of unwanted hair, and even though 3 communities I found are not very big (each having around 30k), all people in those communities express extreme pain, anger and dissatisfaction in their everyday life. I had problems with this when I was younger so I can relate too.
So I was reading through many posts, threads, and comments and then I tried to find a place online where people would be able to find all answers in one place for their struggles, and I couldn't! I think there might be a gap here, and an opportunity for creating a community to build trust first and then offer a solution. People are confused what to use in what situations, spending a lot of money and not getting results. And all the players in the industry right now are big companies who don't seem to communicate the best with their customers, to understand and solve their problems.
I wonder what is your opinion on this? Is the idea too stretched? I think it's a long shot that would depend on building a big community first, so I'm not sure :/ I also checked some popular devices on Amazon, and for a product that is supposedly a permanent hair removal device that costs around $100 there were over 10k orders in 1 month. so there is a pain and demand for sure, and people want cheap and quick solutions like always.
Thank you!
