I live in France in a small town of 15,000 inhabitants.
There's a big demand for bookshops in my town, and people need them.
I'd like to open an effective bookshop concept with "CENTS".
Do you think it would be possible? Do you have any ideas?

If you want to use the CENTS framework, you are violating the commandment of scale in this situation, as you only have 15,000 potential customers with a standalone bookstore.

A chain of bookstores across France would fulfill the commandment of scale, but violate the commandment of need, as in person bookstores are in very low demand at the moment (at least where I am in America, I am not sure about in France).
