What are the biggest business pain points for you at the moment as saas companies?

Ask better questions

A lot of people come here trying to find answers to questions that seem like they'll set them on the road to "Fastlane" success. You probably think that (1) FLF is a great place to find SaaS entrepreneurs and (2) by asking what their pain points are, you'll get a business idea. It's an intelligent question... on the surface. But dig a little deeper and you find it's the wrong one to ask.

It's like going to a party, going up to every girl and asking "What are you looking for in a man?" Not gonna work. One, because the question is pointed with an obvious agenda and it turns people off, so they're not gonna want to tell you the truth. Two, because their answers won't actually be actionable. "I like a man who's nice, well-dressed, fit, smart, ambitious, whatever" ya that's not gonna help you, is it?

Thus for the SaaS companies you're trying to sell to.

So what should you do instead? Get domain experience and pay attention to what goes on. Work for a SaaS company, or work for a company that helps SaaS companies. Listen to the problems that happen around you and try to solve them. Whatever job you currently have, pay attention to problems that you have with software.

If you find a pain point, look at who is currently trying to solve that pain point. What do people say about their solution? What's good about it? What's not good about it?

There are no shortcuts my friend

New users asking what my pain points are, with no background information, no hello, no introduction— nothing.

Yea, those are my pain points.

An entrepreneur has one million pain points and every point-point has its own story, reason, and solution. The pains are not the alphabet where the answer is always A-Z, every entrepreneur has their pain points some are common and some are unique and related to their ventures. Instead of a common question ask something specific where some great minds available at FLF can answer you or direct you to the right way.

Also, very important - if you have not read MJ's books, I would highly recommend you do that. These books cover everything that can help you become successful.

People! Can`t you see a business opportunity here?!

I think that each time a person comes to learn your "pain-points"you may charge $1000 for one-hour session and spend this one hour complaining about uncomfy work chair and morons in morning traffic jam. Get payed while getting therapy - how Fastlane is that?!

What about seeing what SaaS companies already pay for?

I am happy for my Pain Points. Those taught me how to walk away from the sidewalk. Everytime I move in that direction I remember the pain it caused. Today, there is momentum inside me and surrounding me it is only going to pick up.
