Whenever I posted my last thread, I was really emphasizing my problem of indecision. Just as expected with the youth I have, my time and effort are spread out on a variety of passions/business ideas that have stretched me to the point of a life revolution. So let me just tell you about my day.
While at my local Starbucks (My place to think and make gears turn), I had to stop my song writing in my leather chair to think about how much I REALLY wanted to make my band succeed. Of course, being the motivated teenager I am, I replied to myself, "Why, a whole lot!" There I found a problem. I wanted to succeed at everything I was attempting to market or educate myself in. This educational journey I've had over the course of 4-5 months has inspired me to gain knowledge of things that far outreach the specialization I expected of myself before reading this book. However, when you have 11 possible "assets" to manage when faced with the indefinite ticking of time, you seem to lose the commandment of time even in the planning stage!
To solve this issue, I decided to create what I call a "Potential Asset Chart" and here's how it works. You write down everything that you either wish to learn, have been learning, or are doing to produce an "asset" to your intrinsic value. For example here are the ones I listed:
1. Poetry
2. Book Writing
3. Crocheting
4. Computer Programming
5. Blogging
6. Musician (Band)
7. Entrepreneur (AKA Pure Fastlane)
8. Social Network Creation
9. Stock Market Investments
10. Modelling/Acting
11. Independent Musician
Now of course, when you first look at it, you're probably thinking "This kid is stupid for trying to make all of this work." Well, you are most definitely right. But its part of being younger; I don't necessarily know the markets of the world yet and I'm trying to prepare myself for any type of opportunity I can get my hands on. However, I do agree that 11 is just too many. So I decided to make something similar to MJ's Weighted Average Decision Matrix (WADM), in which I rank from 1 to 10 the following variables:
1-The difficulty to CREATE something that is marketable to consumers. Using subvariables such as time, effort, current knowledge of the asset, ect.
2- The level of PASSION that I have for that particular asset. Some of it I take interest in, others I see as just an opportunity for possible intrinsic value bumps.
3- The difficulty to MASTER or effectively learn everything I can about the process of creating and marketing the object. Because if I can't learn it, why include it?
4- The SUCCESS POTENTIAL of the asset. This includes subvariables like the market, its sellability and how likely the asset could become Fastlane profitable.
Using these Variables, I carefully sipped on my blonde roast and tinkered carefully with the variables and completed my chart within an hour. For those of you that are interested, these are my results:
(Do remember, some of these numbers are affected due to my age, which limits my marketability to an extent, the speed of my understanding and also my resources)

From this list, I've made sacrifices and decided to exclude 3 so far from my list of assets, which would be blogging, social network creation and stock market investing. From this list I'd like to get a further look into the remaining assets and really boil down to the ones that I want to concentrate my efforts on to truly mold them to create what I can call my own Fastlane business system.
Leave any comments on suggestions or advice from people that are a lot wiser and more experienced than me! I'm very open and encourage any words of wisdom that can help lead me on a straighter path towards success.
