After learning about equity splits and how to set negotiate it for the good of the company with a vesting period... I still don't understand how to actually set it up.
Once I decide we settle on the terms, what do I do then? Is there a form I need to fill to make this legitimate? How does this become concrete?
Is it the accountant who needs to declare this? Do I need to walk myself to the business registrar to change the entity of the business from individual to partnership? I'm afraid of asking this question to people here, I don't want to sound retarded.
Hopefully, you guys want remind this retardedness haha... I'm pretty smart in general but there are things I have never had the Opportunity to learn such as this and I have no one around me with this kind of experience to be able to guide me.
